Your information, handled with care.
This notice explains how Sky Travel Services Ltd uses enquiry information and the optional Google Ads measurement settings on this website.
Contact details and trip preferences you submit are used to respond to your flight enquiry. The website does not create a booking or take payment through its enquiry form.
The form may ask for your name, email address, phone number, destination, departure airport, travel month, traveller count and optional trip notes. Please do not include passport, payment-card, health or other sensitive information.
Form submissions are sent by the website's PHP handler to info@skytravelservices.co.uk. The website does not save submitted form records in its own database. The company mailbox and hosting provider may retain delivery messages and technical logs under their configured retention settings.
If you choose “Remember enquiry draft”, the browser stores only the route destination, departure airport, travel month and traveller count. It does not store your name, email, phone number or notes. You can turn this option off in Cookie preferences, which removes the saved route draft.
We use enquiry information to respond to the request you make and, where relevant, to take steps you ask us to take before a travel arrangement. If you proceed with a booking, the seller and supplier may separately process information under their own notices and terms.
Google Ads measurement
The site uses one Google Ads tag connected to the supplied Google tag IDs. It is blocked until you give an optional Google Ads choice. The consent settings separately control advertising storage, advertising-related data and personalised advertising. The website does not install Google Analytics, so analytics_storage stays denied.
The website's conversion events do not include values typed into the enquiry form. If you allow advertising-related data, Google may receive tag, page, campaign and conversion-event information for measurement under Google's terms and privacy information. You can change or withdraw this optional choice at any time using Cookie preferences.
Other providers
The site's stylesheet requests fonts from Google Fonts on page load. This may send technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request, to Google. The currency tool calls Frankfurter only after you submit it. Airport and destination-weather tools contact their data sources only after you submit a selection, through the website server.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct information you sent, or request deletion where applicable. For a privacy request, email info@skytravelservices.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change optional Google Ads or draft-storage choices.
